When did you start playing rugby?
I started playing in 2008 for Glendale.

What is your pre-game ritual?
I always show up early to the game and watch the game playing; mentally prepare and visualize.  Then I get a chiropractic adjustment.  Then I begin getting the kit on and taping, which is always done in the same manner and pattern.

Lebron James

Favorite pre-game meal?
Egg sandwiches especially made by my fiancée.

Why do you LOVE rugby?
It is the ultimate team sport.  Each of the 23 individuals have a place and a purpose to help the team win.  It also takes equal fitness and strength and pulls from all sides of my athletic background.
