Glendale Raptor Women vs. St. Louis Sabres E-mail

Match Overview

Glendale Raptor Women vs. St. Louis SabresThere wasn’t much saber rattling in the women’s game at Infinity Park here as the Lady Raptors were mercenary in their game against St. Louis. But Omaha got the goat of Division I Men Raptors during the first half before coming back to outlast Omaha.

The St. Louis Sabres plane didn’t touch down in Denver until game time and the team never got off the ground. Devastating scoring early by the high-powered Lady Raptors put them ahead by a score of 59 to 3 at half time. By the time St. Louis got their weapons unpacked late in the second half it was to late as the Raptors used speed, space and passing to dull the Sabres’ hopes. The final score was Glendale 69 and St. Louis 17.
